About Team Lab

Team Lab was established in Bismarck, ND in 1977 by Gary and Dianne Sullivan. After 20 years in sales, Gary decided to start his own specialty chemical company. He wanted the customer and the company to work together as a team. This is what the Team Lab horse logo represents.

Team Lab was bought by Terry and Michelle Maier in 2003 and moved to Detroit Lakes, MN. Terry has been with Team Lab since 1984 and has been a leader in the chemical sales industry. He still follows Gary's philosophy of teamwork today.
